How does a customer leave a review?
The customer simply taps your review card (or scans the QR code if applicable), and they will be instantly directed to your business’s review page. Please note that the customer will need to have a Gmail account in order to leave a review.
What if my customer’s phone doesn’t have NFC?
For older phones without NFC capability, the card includes a QR code that can be scanned instead.
Is the customer required to sign into Google?
